Enrollment Process

Our first tour day for the 2025-2026 school year is scheduled for Friday, November 22. Due to grade level availability for the 25-26 school year, on November 22, we will only be touring families interested in Preschool, K-prep, Kindergarten and 3rd grade.  If you are interested in these grade levels only, there will be a sign-up for a time slot on our school website on November 5. Prospective students must be in attendance for the tour. If you are interested in a different grade level, please contact Ellen Porter, our Admissions Director, and she will take your information and contact you if there is an opening to tour for in that grade level. 

Parents are asked to visit the school for an interview and tour at which time an application email may be requested. The application email includes the application, the state-required Emergency Information and Immunization Record Card, a signed medical release card, a transcript release form or kindergarten readiness form and a tuition payment intent form.

The completed application and all forms are submitted along with a non-refundable $300 application fee and transcripts. Students in grades K-8th will be scheduled for academic testing once an application is received by the school office. Acceptance is not guaranteed.
